Founded in 2009, HaliFAST is now Nova Scotia’s largest track club, boasting nearly 150 athletes. Our athletes range from 8 years old to 30+ masters competitors, from beginners to national senior champions, recreational runners to provincial record holders, national team members, and even a few Olympians along the way. We were the 2013 NS provincial club champions, and the 2014 Atlantic club champions. On the coaching front, we have a top notch volunteer staff, many of whom also coach at the university level and a number of whom have either coached athletes on or were staff on Team Canada in recent years.
